about the artist .
stephanie is a 26 year old candle artist residing in lancaster, pennsylvania who also works part time as a behavioral health technician. they went to millersville university for degrees in disability studies + psychology and found their love for candle making right before graduating in 2018.their first few candles were made in their boyfriend's house at college: focusing on blending their love for aromatherapy and crystal healing. as a practicing spiritualist, these simple aromatherapy candles have turned into spiritual + magickal ritual creations.stephanie wanted to make sure that they were also supporting local businesses when gathering materials, so all herbs used are locally sourced by an herbalist and all crystals are from a fair trade source from downtown lancaster.over the course of several years, stephanie has crafted 300+ different types of candles (not including customs) that range from:- ritual candles (self love, protection, etc.)
